Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and fuelhaulers.live ("we," "us") for your use of the website at fuelhaulers.live and any fuelhaulers.live mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use fuelhaulers.live

You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts that can post are for commercial fuel haulers and people who work in the fuel hauling industry. New accounts are reviewed by an admin, and we may approve, decline, or remove any account at our discretion. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Community Rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or do any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging violence against anyone.
• Hate speech or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
• Sexual or pornographic content, or graphic violence.
• Personal information about other people (home addresses, phone numbers, license numbers, and the like), or photos of people posted to embarrass or target them.
• In company reviews: naming or attacking individual people such as dispatchers, managers, or coworkers. Keep reviews about the company.
• False or made-up rack reports, fake reviews, or reviews of a company by someone who works for or owns it.
• Spam, scams, or advertising that isn't allowed by us.
• Anything illegal, including helping others avoid law enforcement or safety rules.
• Impersonating another person or company, or trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

You can report any post, message, review, job, or rack report, and you can block drivers whose messages you don't want to see. We review reports and act on them, usually within 24 hours, by removing the content and, where appropriate, removing the user who posted it.

3. Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you give fuelhaulers.live a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, copy, and share it as part of running and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared or copies kept in backups for a limited time.

You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it, including any photos. Company reviews are your honest opinion based on your own experience. We may remove or edit the display of any content, or suspend or remove any account, at any time and for any reason, including breaking these Terms.

4. Information on the Service

Rack reports, reviews, job posts, and other content come from drivers and other users, not from terminals, carriers, or us. We don't verify them, and conditions change quickly. Information may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Use your own judgment, follow your dispatcher and company rules, and follow all traffic and safety laws. Terminal names and addresses come from public records and may not reflect current operations.

Job posts are listed by users. We don't employ drivers, don't check employers, and aren't part of any hiring decision.

5. Memorial tributes

Tributes are reviewed by an admin before they appear. Please post only with care and respect for the driver's family. If you're family of someone honored here and want a tribute changed or removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

6. Ads and sponsors

The Service may show ads and sponsored listings. We aren't responsible for products or services offered by advertisers or other websites you visit through links on the Service.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Me page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, FUELHAULERS.LIVE AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WAGES, OR TIME, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that come from your content or your breaking these Terms.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you agree to that location.

12. Apple and Google app stores

If you use the Service through an app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and fuelhaulers.live, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you aren't located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and aren't on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
